I didn't do much this weekend. Friday night i went to 101 to hear a friends band play. I got to dance with Art a few songs. I hadn't danced with him in awhile. I almost fell face first on the dance floor though. My boots kept slipping on the floor. I'm sure everyone would have gotten a good laugh.

Saturday i slept until 2:15pm!! OMG i haven't done that in years! I went downstairs and let Riley out then layed on the couch until around 8. It was a very lazy day. I went to Karen's to hang out with her. We ended up laying in her bed and watched several episodes of One Tree Hill. We made sandwiches at 1am and also ate chips and dip. Karen said "when you move in we can't be having these late night binges we'll get fat" Haha. I finally left around 3:30am. I don't even know how many episodes we watched. It was good to just veg out for a change.

I looked in my room and tried to see where i was going to put my furniture. Karen painted my room for me, it's Turquoise. I love it! My bedding will be black and i'm going to make throw pillows with different black & white designs. I'm excited. I can't wait to move in and get everything settled. With that and Christmas coming up, December will be a very busy month for me! It'll be my first time to live with a cat. I dont really like cats but Jack Jack doesn't bother me. He has swatted at Riley a couple of times but i guess Riley will learn his lesson sooner or later

Lastnight was the start of the tournament at the church. We had 2 games. We won the first match and lost the second. We play tonight at 6:30 depending on how we do i'll probably have another game at the church after that. I also have a game with the city league at 8:30.

I'm going to be tired of volleyball!!!

Tomorrow is girls night and it's my turn to cook. I think i'm going to make mexican chicken with spanish rice. YUMMY!!!!!!!

Ramblings of the day

Every Wednesday night Lexi & Megan come over and we watch One Tree Hill (My all time favorite show). We take turns cooking. Last night was Lexi's turn. She made baked Rigatoni. It was AMAZING. We also had Ceaser salad and garlic bread. YUMM-O. I get to have it for lunch today too!! Next week is my turn to cook. I don't know what i'm cooking yet. Any ideas??

Yesterday an agent at the office said to me "Maybe if you wore more makeup, covered those freckles and got a tan you'd finally get a boyfriend" He totally hurt my feelings. :(

I can't believe that Christmas is NEXT month!! AUGH. I have not even THOUGHT about shopping!!!! EEEEEE

I decided to copy Cyndi who copied Kayla and post my tv line up... Now i'm kind of embarrassed. I watch TOO MUCH TV!!!!

Seriously look how cute he is!!! His hair cut isn't as bad as i originally thought. He's pretty freakin cute now.

On my camera when i go back forth between the first 2 pictures it looks like he's talking. I showed Gerald and he asked if i was smoking something...

I just love his little face!!! (Riley's, not Geralds in case you were confused).

This is what we do for hours on end. I throw the stupid blue monster in the exact same spot everytime and he runs and gets it and brings it back. Sometimes before i throw it he'll run to that spot and look at the wall and wait for it to bounce off. He hates it when i trick him and throw it somewhere else. I think everyone should own a dog. They are quite entertaining.

But be careful when you pick one out... you don't want this to happen....

I guess i was demoted?!?!

I was the receptionist for 4 years and then i got promoted. Well Paige had emergency surgery on Friday so I've been the afternoon receptionist since then. Which means i don't get off work till 6. BOOOOOO.

I took Riley to the groomers today. He hates going there. He clung on to me for dear life and scratched the crap out of my chest. When i picked him up i finally realized why he hates going so much.... It's because they made him look retarded and I'm sure the other dogs were making fun of him!! Too bad i don't have a picture to show you but there's no sense in embarrassing him even more. At least he didn't come out looking like this

Tonight is girls night. Lexi & Megan come over every week and we watch

After we eat and watch our show we go sit outside my apartment door and have girl talk. I'm sure the neighbors think we are pathetic and have no lives because often you'll find Lexi and i sitting outside my apartment a few times a week.

I went to mom & dad's on Saturday afternoon. I had talked to Kelbey on the phone and she mentioned they were going to Nana's. I got there before they did and was playing a game on the computer. I'm totally addicted to those stupid games. I happened to be playing a game where you find the hidden objects. Kelbey jumped in my lap and was helping me find them. We played that game for about 30 min then we went into the living room. We played "office". Kelbey owned an art gallery and people were calling in to make appointments. I played that with her for a good 20 minutes or so. I went into the kitchen to get a drink and then i talked to mom & Kayla for a bit. Casey was laying on the floor in the living room watching the tech game so i layed down beside him and talked to him and watched some of the game.
Kelbey comes into the living room and stops and looks at me with her hands on her hips and says "B you are NOT playing with me!" I said "Kelbey i played with you for like an hour, now I'm going to lay down next to Bubba" she just wasn't having it. She went to the table and started writing something. She brings it to me and says "Read this"

At first the Be wasn't x'd out. I looked at it and gave it back to her and she x'd me out. She was REALLY mad at me. She went into the office and showed Kayla. Kayla said "oh she's really mad at you now, you're even x'd out"

Kelbey would hardly talk to me the rest of the day.

When i got to mom & dad's yesterday for lunch she said "I'm still not talking to you, you're mean" That continued the rest of the day. She told me that i'm "creepy" what?!?!?! HAHA. "I'm a creeper". When i told her bye she said "Bye B, maybe next time you'll be nicer" i said "Me? You're the one that wasn't very nice" Casey said "Kelbey, she's right you were being rude to B " Ahhh i love that kid. He's growing so fast. He still lets me hold him. I LOVE IT but i know it's not going to last too much longer.

He's going to be 11 in February. 11?!?!?! REALLY?????

She will be 7 in February. Where has the time gone ???

Must Love Dogs

I have the picture in the previous post on the background of my computer at work.
Everyone at work makes fun of him and says his leg looks broke. Yesterday before I left the office My boss and Oscar were making fun of him. Well I go home… Riley runs down the stairs and falls on the last 2 of the first landing and he starts crying REALLY LOUD. He sat up and it looked like his leg was broke. I started freaking out and picked him up and he was still crying for a bit. I called my mom and she called my vet to see how long they were open and to let them know I was coming. Then she called Shu and told Shu to come pick me up to take Riley. She was there in 4 min. HAHA. We took Riley in and I guess they thought Shu was his mama. They kept talking to her and looking at her. I was like “ummm hellllooooo over here!!” They took him from me and felt around on his leg and he yelped a little. They did an x-ray and brought it back to show me and it wasn’t broken. But it was sprained. Poor guy L
They gave me some drops to put in his food for the pain. I got home and he just layed on the floor for awhile L I felt sorry for him. He tried to walk and he just hobbled. I put a pillow on the couch and layed him on that and he stayed there the whole time. I layed down beside him for awhile. I just felt so bad for him. I took him upstairs to bed and he stayed in the same spot all night. He didn’t want to get out of bed. I took him outside this morning (carried him downstairs and outside). He did his business then I took him back upstairs. I put him on the floor and he tried to hobble over to me.

I checked on him at lunch and he seemed to be doing better. He tried to run a bit and he runs more like a horse. He gallops. Haha. I think he’s going to make it. Last weekend was Megan & Kortney’s wedding, the weekend before that was Megan’s bachelorette party. I’ll post about that later when I have all of the pictures.

It's been awhile....

I don't have a lot to talk about...

Karen and i are getting ready for Megan's bachelorette party tomorrow night. We still have a lot to do. I have a TON of laundry i need to do tonight. I need to clean up my apartment.

We still have to shop for decorations and food. Why did i wait till the last minute ? Oh that's right I'm a procrastinator. On my lunch break i need to go put the deposit down for the party room at my apartment complex. I've never been in but i looked through the window. There's a pool table, couches and stuff. I'll have the room all weekend so on Sunday we are having a huge pool party with the girls and guys. It should be alot of fun.



Last weekend Lexi graduated from Tech. We all went to the lake on Saturday. We borrowed a tube from someone else at the lake and we took the boat out. Everyone else had a turn on the tube and i was kind of iffy about going. I had been on one before but Zach (Lexi's boyfriend) was driving the boat and was being really rough so i wasn't sure i wanted to go. I finally went and i told him not to be mean. We started going and i was staying on pretty good then it started to get rough and i finally went flying in the air. I did flips and whatnot and in the middle of flipping i lost my swimsuit bottoms! They were arround my ankles and in mid flip i was pulling them up. When they brought the boat back to pick me up Lexi said "do you have your bottoms?" i said "yeah" she said "we were sure you lost them". So everyone saw my white butt. Nice aye? Well i guess i didn't have enough becuase i got rgith back on the tube and went again. This time it was really rough but i stayed on for a good while. Zach was trying his hardest to knock me off. When he finally did i started flipping and twisting every which way. IT HURT when they came back to get me they all asked if i was ok. They said my bust was the worst one of the day. My back hurt so bad after that. I could barely get out of bed on Monday morning. I was SO sore. I played 2 volleyball games that night also. I'm not the brightest crayon in the box.


In December my lease will be up at my apartment and i'll be moving in with Karen. She's already painted my bedroom, she says theres no backing out now. It's turquoise my bedding and furniture will be black. I like it. Karen painted her room a dark purple. It looks awesome. She painted Christians room a dark blue. Her and her mom painted a mural of finding nemo. It looks AWESOME. I'll have to take pictures and post them on here to show you guys.





Isn't he the cutest thing ever???? Seriously. It doesn't get cuter than that. He gets to stay with Aunt Shu Shu next weekend while i'm in Ruidoso for Megan's wedding!

Everyone knew i was accident prone

I don't even think i can explain what happened. Last Friday (yes it's been a week and this is what it still looks like) i was sitting on the receptionist desk (yes sitting ON it) indian style talking to Paige. Hannah Joy was up there also, the office was dead so we were talking and hanging out up front. All of the sudden Hannah Joy says "here comes clients!" I tried to get off the desk and my heel got stuck in the hem of my pants and i started falling, somehow in the process my leg got crushed against the desk and sort of rolled. Thanks to Hannah Joy i didn't fall flat on my face, she caught me. I went to Karen's later that night and my leg was all swollen. Totally not attractive.

It's official.....

I hate being a grown up. Life was so much easier when you were 6 years old and all you had to worry about was if mommy would let you go to your friends house.

I had a flat yesterday and my friend Stephen changed it for me and put the donut on. Today on my lunch break i was going to meet my mom at Woody's to get the tire fixed. Well my car started shaking really bad and i called my mom and told her i didn't think i needed to be driving it. At that minute i heard a LOUD popping sound and my car started doing weird things and i screamed (sorry mom). Mom said "what is going on?" i said 'something just happened to my car i think my donut popped" so she told me to pull over i said i was. I was on the access road right in front of walmart. She said she'd call Woody's and see if they could have someone tow my car.
The guy finally showed up and ended up fixing my tired right there (the one that was flat yesterday). He told mom he'd follow her to the shop and they'd have to do something else to it.
So in the meantime i had to be back at work and so i got the luxury of driving the granny mobile (sorry again mom). Mom has a mini van and that's just not my style haha.
Mom called me later from the shop and said i need all new tires. BOOOOOOO i really do need a sugar daddy.

Nothing new.....

I know it’s been awhile. I haven’t really had anything to report.
I’ve just been hanging out with friends. Last Friday, Stephen, Karen and i went to see Jeff Dunham. He's HILARIOUS seriously. I tried to get some pictures of him but they didn't turn out too good....

Last weekend was a blast. Saturday & Sunday we were at the pool all day. There were several of us there , we are going to try to do it as often as we can.
Saturday I made a roast in the crockpot and it was REALLY good. I made spaghetti on Sunday. I need to start cooking at home more. I’ve been really bad about spending money. I added up how much I bring home and how much all my bills are and it about made me sick with how much I should have left over. But never see it. I thought “where the heck does my money go ?” NO MORE EATING OUT!
Seriously I eat out a lot. I hate cooking for just me. It’s boring.

My goal is to buy a house by this time next year. I’m 24 , I don’t plan on getting married anytime soon. I can afford a smallish cute house. I’d rather put my money towards something instead of renting and not getting anything out of it.

Mom, Kayla, Kelbey, Shonda & Sherilyn and i went to Amarillo this weekend for Brandy's shower. I took my own car since i was going to be staying with Chriselda. I dropped Riley off at Megan's house and headed out. Sherilyn had texted me and said that the cops were out pretty bad so to be careful. So i'm driving along and i see this cop ahead pulled over to the side of the road so i switch lanes and keep going. The cop is in the right lane a little ahead of me and i see him look at me from his rearview mirror well he slowed down and got behind me and put his lights on. I already knew what he was pulling me over for. My dang license plate isn't on the front of my car! So he comes to my car and says why he stopped me i said my room mate knocked it off. He asked for my license and insurance and asked which address was correct. Blah blah blah.

Then he said he was going to need me to go to his car with him. i was like oh crap. So i get out and stand in front of his car. He gets in and motions for me to get in too. He starts messing with his computer and he said "do you have any open containers in your car? I said "no" he said 'has any of your friends had any in your car in the past couple of days?" i said 'No" which is the truth. I don't take alchohol in my car cause that's just stupid. He said "well there is an odor of alchohol coming from your car" i said "what?" he said 'I smelled it, i'm going to need to search your car" i said 'it's messy" he said "i don't care' so i gave him my keys and he went and searched my car. Of course he found nothing. He came back and started asking me all sorts of questions. He asked why i had the gray thing on my keychain i said it's to get into the office. He said "oh i have one too i was just wondering why you had one, where do you work ?" i said 'coldwell banker" he said "how old are you?" i said '24" then he asked where i was going why i was going was i spending the night blah blah blah. Then he gave me a warning and i went on my merry way. I have no idea why he was asking me all those questions but it disturbed me.

I got to Amarillo and met up with Chriselda. She was doing a session. After that we went and picked up chic fil a and took it back to her apartment. I watched her edit pictures and we watched like 6 episodes of Sex and the city on her laptop (because she doesn't have a tv... what kind of person doesn't have a tv??? haha) We stayed up till like 3am doing that. Saturday i had to go to the shower and then i went to eat at Texas Roadhouse with the family. I was going to stay in Amarillo and hang out with Chriselda but i decided to go on home.

I'm at Karen's house now... I rented Mario Party & Mario Kart for the wii. I don't really understand mario party. it's kind of stupid but whatever. I went outside with Christian and took some pictures of him. He is Karen's 4 year old son.
